My firm, GlacierForce, LLC is works with Private Equity firms to improve operational and IT performance within their portfolio. The result is proving to be beneficial to all parties. We operations/information technology assessment, to improve your pre-investment due diligence and post-investment operational cost structure. Let me know of any of your peers or conatcts who might have a need for such services. I must say that the hardest and most intresting part is trying to build the customer base one client at a time.
