I am the Founder of MBCapital.net and President / CEO of VentureNet Capital Group,Inc. a public venture capital company investing in pre-public and emerging growth companies. We provide capital for publicly traded companies from $1 million to $20 million in the form of PIPE financing, stock loans to affiliates of public companies and equity lines of credit.

We also take companies public via a reverse merger into a shell or through an S-1 registration to allow companies greater access to the capital market.

I have my Juris Doctor (Law Degree) for 30 years. I have published two books, Asset Protection Planning and Raising Capital For Your Business (Amazon.com) and have written articles for many professional journals, including the Journal of Asset Protection and the Riverside Business Journal.

I am listed in Who’s Who in the World and Who’s Who in Industry and Finance. I am also a Founding Member of the Southern California Investment Association (SCIA). This is an association of 200 member firms consisting of accredited investors, fund managers, venture capitalist, hedge funds, private equity groups and broker/dealers. The association has funded $100 million in transactions year since 2000.

I have appeared on 150 television and radio programs discussing business development and financial structures to help companies raise capital. I have invested millions of dollars in emerging growth companies and have helped develop private placements, PIPE financing and stock loans so that companies can access the capital they need to grow. I also produce and host my own business talk radio show, Wall Street News Hour.
